During the 1hr intake we co-design the day based on your topics and life's needs.

The price includes full guidance from the 1hr intake to the day itself. Integrational check-ins or coaching afterward are not included but can be discussed depending on the outcome of the day. Water and tea are available throughout the day. Lunch is available at the bar of the local venue.
